BEHIND THE BRAND
The birth of the brand took place at the University of Georgia. Our founder noticed that the university was started in 1785, but the first blacks were not allowed to attend the university until 1961. A gap of 176 years!
That was the moment this shirt was created and initially distributed in 1989.
We have to celebrate education and black achievement in every profession.
